Salesforce Studios is the in-house creative production team responsible for all things video. We are a fast-paced, highly collaborative group of producers, editors, motion graphics artists, and cinematographers who tell powerful stories that educate, inspire, and entertain. We operate at the forefront of technology, constantly innovating with new formats and tools to create premier content that drives business impact and builds brand trust.
Role Overview
The Graphics Editor serves as a core creative contributor within the Mexico City Global Growth Hub, driving the visual identity and motion graphics execution for high-priority global assets. This includes designing and animating assets for customer films, broadcast events, product-first demos, and high-impact custom vision videos. Reporting to the Executive Producer, this role centralizes the creation and replication of motion graphics, UI/UX animations, and bespoke visual elements, while managing multi-stakeholder feedback. The Graphics Editor delivers premium, brand-consistent visual content while managing a critical-volume output that meets Salesforce Studios' exacting standards. As a primary visual contributor, this role handles advanced keyframing, kinetic typography, compositing, dynamic graphic storytelling and the use of Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Films & Brand Campaigns: Design and animate graphics for customer stories, CKO events, quarterly earnings films, and broadcast spots. Collaborate with internal producers and creative directors to tackle full post-production support.
Broadcast Events & Demos: Create on-screen graphics, lower thirds, and UI/UX animations for product-first website demos and virtual events broadcasting live on Salesforce+ from our SF production studio (featuring product announcements and live streaming).
High-Impact Deal Support: Develop custom, high-end visual assets and motion graphics for vision videos used by Sales Account Teams to help close critical deals. Systems creation for escalating content blocks.
Employer Brand & Global Intake: Produce motion graphics for internal comms, learning content, and global recruiting campaigns. Support global intake requests by delivering social promos, CKO sizzles, and providing visual guidance and best practices for other vendors and internal creatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with Product Marketing Managers (PMM), Sales Account Teams, Employee Success, and Brand Campaigns teams to translate complex corporate messaging into visually stunning narratives.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all final graphical exports align strictly with Salesforce’s corporate visual identity, maintaining a premium aesthetic across all templates and custom designs.
Qualifications & Skills
Every Graphics Editor joining the Mexico City hub will be expected to seamlessly integrate generative AI tools into traditional design workflows to accelerate asset generation, storyboarding, and concepting.
Experience: 5+ years of professional, hands-on motion graphics and graphic editing experience within a fast-paced corporate studio, creative agency, or tech-industry production hub.
Portfolio: A highly professional portfolio demonstrating mastery over graphics, GenAI, desired UI/UX, compositing, and corporate storytelling.
Technical Skills: Expert-level mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Intermediate-to-advanced familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro to successfully implement and troubleshoot motion graphic templates (MOGRTs) for the broader editorial team.
AI Tool Integration: Active proficiency using advanced generative design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, etc.) to accelerate timeline workflows and expand creative design options.
Communication & Adaptability: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Proven capability to process, prioritize, and implement critique from highly varied corporate stakeholders (CEOs, CCOs, Sales Leaders).
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes timelines simultaneously, respect rigid launch deadlines, and remain highly organized under pressure.
