Launch Your Finance Career at the Crossroads of Accounting & Business Performance
Are you a recent graduate passionate about numbers, business, and data-driven decision making?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Graduate Finance Analyst to join our Finance team through ANAPEC program. This unique opportunity offers hands-on exposure to both Accounting Operations and Business Controlling, allowing you to build a 360° understanding of how finance drives business success.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals, interact with multiple departments, gain exposure to international operations, and develop highly sought-after analytical and financial skills.

What You Will Learn & Contribute To ?? Business Control & Performance Management
Become a true business partner by helping transform financial data into actionable insights.
Your responsibilities:
- Support monthly financial performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
- Participate in budget, forecast, and planning activities.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
- Assist operational teams in understanding business performance drivers.
- Contribute to profitability analysis by product, and business segment.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through data analysis.
- Participate in ad-hoc business studies and strategic projects.
- Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Operations.
?? Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
Develop a strong accounting foundation while contributing to key financial processes.
Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly activity reports required by external institutions such as HCP, Office des Changes, Bank Al-Maghrib, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
- Support data collection and consolidation for statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
Accounts Payable
- Follow up with suppliers to obtain original invoices required for VAT refund files.
- Monitor supplier invoices pending processing and ensure proper accounting allocation in coordination with the Global Business Services (GBS) team.
- Track foreign supplier payments in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, and Banking partners.
- Prepare service completion certificates and withholding tax payment certificates for international suppliers.
General Accounting
- Monitor and analyze suspense accounts.
- Prepare adjustment requests and ensure timely regularization.
- Manage accounting allocations of telecommunication expenses.
- Maintain both physical and digital archiving of accounting documentation.
Tax Compliance
- Prepare withholding tax declarations related to local suppliers.
- Download and communicate withholding tax payment supporting documents to suppliers.
- Participate in VAT return preparation and tax payment processes.
Treasury Support
- Prepare monthly checks related to legal garnishments, employee final settlements, and CIMR contributions.
Financial Closing
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Contribute to account reconciliations and accounting analyses.
Travel & Expense Management
- Update Travel & Expense monitoring dashboards in Power BI.
- Follow up expense claims through Concur and SAP.
- Coordinate with employees to obtain missing supporting documentation.
What We're Looking For Education
- Master's Degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eligible for an ANAPEC contract.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, Concur, or ERP systems is appreciated.
- Fluent in English and French.
