Graduate Account Representative, Uber Eats — Taiwan

Start date: July 2027

#GoGetIt — Bring the mindset of a champion

Our ambition drives us to achieve our mission. A champion mindset isn’t defined by how we perform on our best days; it’s how we respond when things get tough. We stay curious, put in the work, learn from setbacks, and play to win for the people and communities we serve. Because it matters.

About the team

Uber Eats helps local restaurants grow their businesses and reach more customers through our broad, loyal user base. Our team works closely with restaurants across Taiwan, bringing local knowledge and a strong understanding of each market to help people discover and enjoy the food they love.

About the role

We’re looking for a recent or soon-to-be graduate to join the Uber Eats team in Taiwan as an Account Representative. This is an early-career opportunity to build your commercial and relationship-management skills while helping restaurants explore a partnership with Uber Eats.

You’ll identify and connect with prospective restaurant partners, understand their goals, explain how Uber Eats can support their business, and guide them through the steps to launch. You’ll learn how to build a sales pipeline, hold consultative conversations, and work with internal teams to create strong partner experiences.

This role is designed for someone completing their degree in summer 2027 and available to start in July 2027. Previous B2B sales experience is welcome, but not required.

Your impact

  • Research and reach out to restaurants that could be a strong fit for Uber Eats, building a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Learn to lead thoughtful, consultative conversations that uncover restaurant needs and explain the value of Uber Eats and its products.
  • Support partnership discussions and negotiations, helping establish a strong foundation for both the restaurant and Uber Eats.
  • Work toward sales goals, track your progress, and use feedback and results to keep improving.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help new restaurant partners launch successfully.
  • Share ideas, learnings, and effective practices with your teammates as you grow in the role.

What you’ll bring

  • You are completing your degree in summer 2027 and can start in July 2027.
  • You’re interested in sales, business development, restaurants, or helping local businesses grow. Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or business development role—through work or an internship—is preferred.
  • You’re fluent in Taiwanese and have business-level English.
  • You communicate clearly, listen well, and can build rapport with different people.
  • You’re organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage several priorities and deadlines.
  • You’re motivated by goals, resilient when plans change, and willing to learn from setbacks.
  • You’re coachable, open to feedback, and eager to keep developing your skills.
