What you’ll achieve:
As a Senior Advisor, Global System Planning you will will drive end-to-end planning for New Product Introductions (NPI) and platform transitions by providing early visibility into supply, demand, and potential liability risks to enable timely executive decision-making. Optimize material inventory levels to minimize financial liability and excess inventory while protecting backlog fulfillment, ensuring supply continuity, and maximizing sales velocity. Partner across Procurement, Planning, Product Group, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Strategy to deliver data-driven insights, automate planning processes, and enable scalable business solutions.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Master degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain or Data Management AND 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement or GBO, FP&A Finance
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, product lifecycle management, and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel , Power BI and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence regional and global cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Desirable Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Python, R, SQL

Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead global Client Solutions Product Group product platform supply planning transitions and facilitate weekly cross-functional governance.
- Manage product launch, ramp, transition, and end-of-life planning products to identify demand risks early and provide scenario analysis to support supply continuity and Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) planning.
- Deliver executive reporting and actionable insights on transition health, demand risks, and planning performance.
- Partner with Global Supply Managers and Product Groups to ensure planning assumptions are incorporated into NPI schedules.
- Change Management and adapt to a dynamic business environment, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement through process and reporting automation.
