Senior Advisor, Demand Planning

What you’ll achieve:
This role in Supply Chain Planning organization is responsible for global strategic and tactical topics related to Finished Good planning. You will carry out global strategic supply chain analysis to identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain. Collaboration with cross-functional partners in Global Operations, Demand and Product teams is critical to the success of this role. Using a combination of product, planning and supply chain knowledge and excellent analytical skills, this role determines the appropriate actions needed to balance demand and supply to support regional business needs. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate a strong set of analytics, project management, influencing skills and end to end thinking as a role of model by guiding a global team to succeed as well as providing engagement at leadership levels.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Operations, Supply Chain in related industry.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Point and AI tools, creation of executive summary/presentations, solutions and innovations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives and other teams, strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment as well as proven change management skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $119,850 - $155,100.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Assess global FGA performance and collaborate with regional planners and stakeholders to drive performance for ocean mix, DSI, standard LT and Aging inventory targets.
- Prepare global business performance report for leadership and lead FG planning topics in global forums.
- Run consensus planning scenarios based on demand, supply and performance analysis.
- Orchestrate with Product, Demand Planning & Operations teams on contingency plans.
- Coordinate global efforts and cascade action plans.
Total Compensation Range: USD 119850 - USD 155100
