Keysight Financial Services (KFS) helps customers acquire Keysight's advanced technologies and solutions through flexible commercial and operating lease options tailored to their business, financial, and technology needs. Through the KeysightAccess Program, KFS partners with Keysight's sales organizations to provide customers with strategic alternatives to traditional capital purchases, helping them access the technology they need while addressing their financial and operational requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Global Program Manager – Keysight Financial Services to support the growth, adoption, and effective execution of the KeysightAccess Program across our global sales organization. In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with regional Business Development and Sales teams to provide commercial guidance, support complex transactions, strengthen sales enablement, and coordinate activities across multiple business functions.
Working at the intersection of technology, business development, and financial solutions, you will help improve program effectiveness, support expansion into new markets, and simplify the KeysightAccess experience for internal teams and customers. While this is not a quota-carrying sales position and does not independently own a sales pipeline, your contributions will play an important role in helping regional teams execute opportunities successfully and supporting the continued growth of Keysight Financial Services.
This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern United States. Candidates in other U.S. locations may also be considered based on qualifications and business needs.
Responsibilities- Serve as the subject matter expert for the KeysightAccess Program, including its commercial model, operating lease requirements, policies, and processes.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Industry Solution Teams (ISTs), and Keysight Financial Services (KFS) to support the identification, qualification, and development of KeysightAccess opportunities.
- Provide commercial guidance throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including transaction structuring, proposal development, customer discussions, approvals, and order execution.
- Help sales teams position KeysightAccess as a flexible commercial solution that aligns with customer procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Credit, Operations, Tax, Trade Compliance, Customer Care, and other functions to facilitate timely and effective transaction execution.
- Support the preparation and review of customer proposals, pricing, commercial documentation, and KeysightAccess agreements in accordance with established program guidelines.
- Ensure transactions align with KeysightAccess policies, operating lease requirements, accounting guidelines, and operational processes.
- Develop and deliver sales training, enablement materials, workshops, and other activities to increase program awareness and adoption.
- Support the implementation and expansion of KeysightAccess in new countries and regions.
- Monitor program activity, transaction pipeline, bookings, revenue, and adoption metrics, providing reports and insights to business leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help simplify the KeysightAccess experience for sales teams and customers.
- Serve as a trusted resource for Sales and Business Development teams, providing ongoing support for complex or non-standard opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, commercial strategy, program management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in complex customer and business environments.
- Strong knowledge of Keysight products, technologies, solutions, and sales processes.
- Experience supporting complex B2B or enterprise sales transactions, commercial programs, or business development activities.
- Strong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical commercial solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and support sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across organizational levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work effectively across a global, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of the KeysightAccess Program, operating lease concepts, and general accounting principles is preferred. Extensive leasing or financial services experience is not required.

Pay Transparency
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills. Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
North Carolina Pay Range: Minimum $119,960 - $199,930
