Apply now for the position of Global MarTech Product Owner – Consent & Preference Management (f/m/d).Siemens Healthineers IT is seeking as part of our Marketing Platforms team a highly motivated Global MarTech Product Owner for our Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP CDC with five or more years of hands-on experience. The External Marketing Platforms team takes care of marketing and communication applications and tools facing external customers. This position requires knowledge and experience in SAPs Customer Data Cloud (or similar platform for consent and preference management) as well as good knowledge on APIs and general understanding of data flows. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow the own and the colleagues’ skillset in the area of all our external marketing platforms while engaging with a wide range of international stakeholders within Siemens Healthineers.
The Service/Product Owner for our Consent and Preference Management Platform will be expected to use a good level of knowledge and experience in managing business/ customer expectations as well as developer and vendor coordination, feedback and complaints handling while ensuring compliance to Quality, ISEC and Data Privacy regulations.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- You own and manage our Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud
- Your main focus around change management will be roll-outs to additional countries and applications (incl. APIs) in close alignment with Business and Data Privacy stakeholders
- You plan and coordinate the go live together with your stakeholders, e.g. incl. test management and user acceptance tests
- You manage the product backlog for the Service and drive corresponding discussions with global cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency across all involved teams
- You are responsible for the IT Service management incl. e.g. Incident, Change and Problem Management
- You manage the different vendors (partly SaaS) involved in the provisioning of the Service
- You will ensure IT System compliance (e.g. in regards to quality, information security and data privacy regulation).
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science)
- Strong technical understanding of Consent and Preference management application implications, preferably with SAP CDC
- General technical knowledge on APIs (e.g. Postman or any other API platform)
- Eagerness to understand Data Privacy and Business requirements and processes
- Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects using Agile methodologies (i.e. scrum) or other structured methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Structured Problem Solving) and understanding of ITIL Framework Governance guidelines as well as tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Service Now)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer (and service) orientated thinking
- Structured thinking & ability to learn quickly
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or general Software development are a plus
- Knowledge of Marketing tech stack areas (e.g. CMS, Marketing Automation) and Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) is a plus
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Consent and Preference Management
- Experience with SAPs Customer Data Cloud (or similar platform for consent and preference management)
- Experience working with agile project management methodologies
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
