Then come and join our global team as Global Marketing Manager*in (f/m/d) for Structural Heart Disease / Interventional Cardiology to lead the global marketing of our interventional cardiology solutions, with a focus on structural heart disease.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the global marketing strategy and its implementation for our imaging-based solutions for the treatment of structural heart diseases.
- You independently develop long-term marketing and go-to-market strategies and oversee their implementation in close collaboration with other business units, regions, and industry partners.
- You lead complex global marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring their successful execution and sustainable business success.
- You develop target-audience-specific marketing, communication, and sales strategies, as well as compelling value propositions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- You identify market opportunities and use them to derive new product and business opportunities for interventional therapy of structural heart diseases.
- You advise and influence relevant stakeholders on a global level and foster successful collaboration between marketing, sales, product management, clinical teams, and external partners.
- You are responsible for strategic business activities such as international sales training, customer and KOL management, marketing collaborations, and participation in scientific conferences and industry events.
- You continuously analyse customer needs, market and technology trends, and competitive developments, and use these insights to derive strategic recommendations for the business.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a degree in the natural sciences, engineering, economics, medical technology, or a comparable field.
- You have many years of professional experience in strategic product or marketing management in the medical technology sector, ideally in the field of cardiology or interventional therapies.
- You have a proven track record of working successfully in international and cross-functional organizations and driving complex projects forward in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You bring extensive experience in developing and implementing international marketing strategies as well as in managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You have extensive knowledge of modern project and change management methods and apply them effectively in strategic initiatives, client projects, and partnerships.
