Global Inventory Program Lead

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Global Inventory Program Lead to lead inventory planning, reporting, and optimization initiatives. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, COE and Finance teams to improve inventory health, reduce excess inventory, and support working capital goals. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted support to business leaders by translating complex data into actionable insights and driving inventory improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory management and provide strategic inventory insights to business leaders to support decision-making, inventory productivity, and working capital optimization.
• Partner with cross functional teams to achieve inventory goals.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve inventory turns and working capital performance.
• Responsible for inventory projections, performance reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Analyse inventory trends and profile, with correlations to relevant supply chain levers for proactive actions and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and business partners.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience inventory management, supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing or related disciplines in High Tech industry environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in analytic tools and MS365 tools e.g Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
• Experience with AI tools such as CoPilot, ChatGPT or Claude will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset.
