Global Inclusion Principal Specialist
The Global Inclusion team at HQ Hsinchu is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative partner to join us in shaping the future of a workplace where collaboration, empowerment, and innovation thrive. This role is ideal for someone who is agile, resilient, open-minded, and self-driven, with strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and execution ability to drive marketing planning, project management, and the coordination of the HR’s Inclusive Workplace Taskforce.
The role translates the company’s global inclusion strategy into clear, actionable, and executable plans, ensuring successful delivery through effective communication and cross-team collaboration. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies that align People Vision, Global Inclusive Workplace Statement, with actionable projects, ensuring measurable success and a lasting positive business impact.
Job Responsibilities
The role is expected to be agile, resilient, open-minded, and self-motivated to foster a global inclusive workplace by conceptualizing, planning, and delivering high-impact campaigns while managing end-to-end execution of related projects, including but not limited to
Global Inclusive Workplace (GIW) marketing planning:
1. Conceptualize, develop and execute the annual marketing plan, encompassing strategy with employee experience, thematic campaigns, digital marketing, and content marketing.
2. Create marketing collateral including key visual direction, copywriting, video scripts, newsletters, and infographics; manage digital platform content and award submission content.
3. Collaborate with partners/vendors/agencies to ensure quality output and consistency.
GIW project management
1. Manage GIW projects from plan, implementation to completion in a timely manner with effective cross-functional teams’ collaborations.
2. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with multiple related stakeholders from strategic perspectives through various platforms by measurable performance and assessment from short-term to long-term goals.
3. Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, or presentations to keep director and manager informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
GIW HR Taskforce Coordination
1. Support the setup and ongoing operations of HR taskforce with the annual plan and help the taskforce focus on annual priorities.
2. Coordinate participation from HR functions to facilitate inclusion related topic sharing, discussions, and alignment building.
3. Design taskforce agenda, prepare discussion materials, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
Employee Resource Group (ERG) collaborations: foster an inclusive workplace by co-working with international ERG core team as an integrated HR sponsor role to bridge resources, develop management and ensure effective progress, success, and sustainability; integrate cross-ERGs synergies by planning and implementing systematic approaches.
Job Qualifications
1. At least 6-10 years proven professional experience in marketing planning, project management, corporate communications, HR related to organizational culture or change management from global scope.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Data Analysis, Psychology or Social Science majors as a fluent bilingual (Mandarin/English) user.
3. Strong project management capability with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, lead the projects to balance timeline, priorities, stakeholder expectation and drive positive results.
4. Sound judgement with the ability to identify sensitives, communication risks and organization impact related to global inclusion topics; strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build alignment.
5. Open-minded team player that proactively takes initiative and can think out of the box to work with cross-functional teams and enable evolving change with growth mindset.
6. Strong interest in and foundational understanding of inclusive culture and experience with related strategies, employee engagement trends, and sustainability practices is highly desirable.
