Then come and join our global team as Global HR Process & Case Management Expert to support effective design, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management practices across the organization.
This role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management standards. You will help to ensure that HR operations are efficient, consistent, scalable, and aligned with global HR service delivery standards and company’s strategic goals. The role will work closely with regional HR Operations stakeholders, IT teams, and other functions to improve process quality, case handling efficiency, and user experience.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Process Governance: Contribute to the development and application of HR process governance frameworks to help ensure consistent execution, transparency, and clear accountability across regions
- Process and Case Management: Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standardized HR processes, procedures, and case management practices across regions. Support the definition and harmonization of case management standards, including documentation quality, and operational guidance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and support improvement opportunities in HR processes and case handling by using operational feedback, data insights, best practices, and system capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional HR teams, HR Services stakeholders, senior experts, and other departments to ensure process alignment and clear communication.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, documentation, and support to HR teams on process updates, case management standards, and system-related changes.
- Technology Integration: Work with IT and process stakeholders to support HR technology improvements that enable more efficient processes, better case handling, and an improved user experience
- Performance Monitoring: Support the definition, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs and operational metrics to provide transparency on process effectiveness, case management performance, and improvement opportunities.
- Compliance: Help ensure HR processes and case management practices comply with applicable local, regional, and global standards, policies, and procedures.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR process management, HR operations or a related role, with a global or multinational company.
- Experience working with HR systems ServiceNow and Workday. Experience with comparable HR technology platforms is an advantage.
- Experience working with HR service delivery models, HR systems, case management platforms, or process governance frameworks.
- Practical experience in process documentation, operational support, issue analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, process harmonization, or service quality improvement is an advantage.
