Job Responsibilities :
This role is a player-coach responsible for building and leading StreamElements' US brand sales organization while personally owning a strategic book of business. This leader owns the international revenue plan for creator-led influencer marketing and digital media, wins enterprise budgets from brands and agencies, and scales a high-performance team of sellers. Success requires a documented record of generating tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue, deep relationships across major US agencies and brand marketers, and the ability to move from executive strategy to hands-on deal closure.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the international revenue plan and lead US execution across creator-led influencer marketing, branded content, livestream, social video, paid amplification, and digital media.
- Carry and close a personal book of strategic accounts, originating and negotiating complex multi-million-dollar programs, annual partnerships, and cross-platform media commitments.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and performance-manage Brand Sales Directors and future sellers; establish high standards for prospecting, pipeline coverage, proposals, negotiation, and forecast accuracy.
- Build executive relationships with agency holding companies, independent media and influencer agencies, gaming and entertainment publishers, and senior brand marketers across priority categories.
- Create new demand and open new budgets through proactive, insight-led selling rather than relying on inbound opportunities or general business development.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing, Creator Success, Campaign Management, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to turn client objectives into differentiated, profitable, and executable programs.
- Own pricing discipline, margin quality, contracting, measurement commitments, renewals, and expansion while protecting the creator experience and client outcomes.
- Run a rigorous weekly operating cadence using CRM data, reporting pipeline health, forecast risk, conversion, seller productivity, win-loss insights, and revenue performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital media, influencer marketing, branded content, social media advertising, creator economy, or related advertising sales environments, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-million-dollar partnerships with enterprise brands, agencies, and media organizations.
- Demonstrated success building, leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams, including managing performance, forecasting, and pipeline generation.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator-led campaigns, social video, livestreaming, digital media, paid amplification, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Strong experience developing executive-level relationships with advertiser clients, agency holding companies, independent agencies, publishers, and senior marketing decision-makers.
- Expertise in consultative, insight-driven sales strategies that create new demand and unlock incremental marketing budgets.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, media partnerships, pricing structures, renewals, and long-term client commitments.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to leverage CRM data, sales metrics, forecasting, conversion analysis, and performance reporting to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, account management, operations, analytics, finance, and legal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent senior commercial experience.
Travel Requirements
Travel required up to 30%.
Salary Ranges:
