Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You act as a strategic interface between Educational Design & Operations, Global Business Lines, and Regional Organizations, ensuring that educational strategies, frameworks, and operational requirements are aligned across the Customer Services organization.
  • You coordinate high-priority global initiatives that span multiple Business Lines and support the implementation of strategic shifts.
  • You collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that educational investments directly support business priorities, workforce development needs, and customer success objectives.
  • You drive the harmonization of educational processes, governance structures, standards, and operating models across regions and Business Lines.
  • You translate business needs, strategic objectives, and market developments into scalable educational concepts, frameworks, and operational approaches.
  • You shape and evolve the Service Education portfolio by defining learner-centric customer journeys and supporting the adoption of innovative design and delivery methodologies, including digital, immersive, and workforce-centric learning approaches.
  • You identify emerging trends in learning, workforce transformation, digital education, and service enablement and translate them into actionable initiatives.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in educational science, instructional design or a relevant field.
  • You have several years of experience in a global learning, training, service, consulting, or business transformation environment.
  • You have a proven track record of translating strategic objectives into scalable operational concepts, programs, and business solutions.
  • You have experience in project management and agile ways of working and successfully drive strategic initiatives.
  • You bring experience in process design, governance, and continuous improvement within regulated and globally operating environments.
  • You possess a solid understanding of customer-centric frameworks, such as Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Success, and service excellence methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Customer Services educational landscape and related operational processes is a strong advantage.

  • You combine educational expertise with strong business acumen and are able to translate business strategies into impactful and scalable educational solutions.
  • You are result-oriented and have a proven ability to successfully drive strategic initiatives by applying and championing agile methods.
  • You have strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills and excel at navigating complex international matrix organizations.
  • You build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and communicate effectively with audiences ranging from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • You thrive in collaborative, international environments and are fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
