Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Consolidation Team with assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Lead the three-year planning and STAMP processes, partnering closely with the business team to establish long-term financial targets and provide financial support throughout execution.
- Manage the quarterly and monthly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and prepare insightful analyses for business performance reviews.
- Lead the monthly forecasting process and prepare the Plan of Record (POR) analysis report and management review deck.
- Support end-to-end operating expense (OPEX) management, including daily cost control, monthly forecasting, quarterly closing, and annual budgeting.
- Drive the optimization of end-to-end P&L financial management processes, including enhancing financial models and improving Business Management System (BMS) processes.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of FP&A experience; experience within a matrix organization is preferred.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it effectively as a working language.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is preferred. Proficiency in Lenovo’s internal systems is a plus.
- Comfortable adopting and applying AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn, with a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results.
- Results-oriented while maintaining a collaborative and team-focused approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
