Fleet & Used Manager, Ireland
Description
The Fleet & Used Manager will be responsible for growing Tesla fleet sales in Ireland. Used will be a sellable offer from our stores, working with Store Managers and the used team. You will be the fleet owner for Ireland and accountable for fleet and used sales objectives. You will use Tesla’s business finance offering and existing leasing relationships to grow SME and fleet sales. This will be done by working closely with the Store Managers and the used team to maximise our product offering for used customers.The Fleet & Used Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with the stores across Ireland so fleet and used opportunities are handled well locally, and driving fleet and used knowledge and sales performance. The Fleet & Used Manager will report to the Sales Lead in Ireland and will closely collaborate with other teams, including local operations, used operations and HQ business sales leadership to consistently drive new and repeat business.
Responsibilities
Fleet & Used- Meet all sales objectives for fleet and used to drive Tesla’s mission, including but not limited to: driving new account creation, solidifying orders, scheduling sales meetings, maintaining regular and proactive outbound contact, and hosting test drives for prospective clients.
- Support stores with fleet and used product knowledge so local teams can convert inbound interest.
- Reach out proactively to SMEs within Ireland that have not yet referred to Tesla.
- Operate with a real “hunter” mentality, with high activity levels to stimulate demand in the SME, fleet and leasing channel.
- Own the relationship for leasing companies in Ireland and the smaller SME corporate clients within Ireland, not only educating them about our company and our vehicle offerings but also ensuring a great customer journey and ownership experience throughout.
- Help SME and fleet customers switch company cars to Tesla, and make that path simple.
- Drive our customers’ success by acting as a facilitator to meet their needs.
- Partner with retail so inbound fleet and used interest is converted, not lost at the store.
- Establish and manage all contractual agreements with these customers where applicable.
- Work with stores and the used team so used is visible and sellable from Ireland locations.
- Work with Store Managers so teams actively offer used against the right customer opportunities.
- Make sure the right fleet and used finance options are available and understood by the sales team.
- Work with the trade-in team so Tesla trade-ins are valued well enough to hold the order.
- Actively partner with Sales Lead, Ireland to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of fleet sales within SME and mid-sized customers, and used growth from our stores.
- Manage your part in the overall business plan by working with other departments. Facilitate meetings regularly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes and business finance solutions. Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
- Use Tesla’s internal tools to manage your pipeline, including but not limited to logging appointments, calls, test drives, contacts and meeting notes.
- Ensure customers are fulfilling their contractual obligations (e.g. payment terms).
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures to reduce operational friction.

Requirements
- Experience in fleet, B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record to meet and exceed targets and goals.
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
- Passionate dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with.
- Strong team-player, driven and passionate about Tesla’s mission.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Solid knowledge of business appropriate financial options and incentives.
- Fluency in English required.
- Valid driving licence.
