This expansion is a cornerstone of TI’s long-term strategy to build the manufacturing capacity required to support global customer growth for decades to come.

The SM Financial Planning Analyst serves as a high-impact business partner to site leadership. You will be responsible for orchestrating disciplined capital management strategies, governing strict financial compliance, and driving the cost competitiveness of our growing manufacturing footprint. You will play a critical role in auditing and strengthening internal controls, particularly regarding large-scale construction projects and future site development.
  • Executive Leadership & Decision Support: Provide high-level strategic recommendations to VP and SVP-level management. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights regarding P&L performance, cost-savings initiatives, and capital ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, tax, manufacturing, and facilities leadership teams to drive alignment for site-level financial execution with company-wide strategy.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Capital Investment Oversight: Manage the financial lifecycle of site expansion projects, ensuring rigorous tracking of capital expenditures (CapEx) and alignment with projected financial returns.

  • Cost Leadership & Strategy: Drive cost competitiveness by identifying gaps in results and processes. Partner on the coordination of financial strategies for annual and strategic roadmaps.
  • P&L Accountability: Maintain full responsibility for factory P&L knowledge, with a specialized focus on the intersection of cost-savings initiatives and capital investment efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis: Provide rapid-response financial modeling and analysis for fab and manufacturing leadership to support real-time decision-making.
