Financial Analyst & Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Cost Planning & Reporting

Are you a finance professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for driving process excellence? We are looking for a Financial Analyst / SME to take full ownership of our Cost Planning and Reporting processes (COGS / OCOGS).

In this role, you will not only manage critical financial data but also act as a functional leader, guiding Cost Analysts and collaborating with international stakeholders, including our Corporate teams and Cebu SSC. What You Will Do (Main Responsibilities)

• Drive Decision Support: Act as the ultimate owner of your responsibility area. Provide high-quality stakeholder management through value-add analysis and business-driven insights.
• P&L and B/S Ownership: Manage the daily operations of your respective P&L and Balance Sheet areas from an accounting, reporting, and controlling perspective.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Deliver deep-dive variance analysis reports. Partner with Finance and Operations teams to bridge and validate bottom-up results with top-down expectations.
• Process Leadership: Functionally guide Cost Analysts and hold them accountable for key sub-processes.
• Innovate & Automate: Drive further harmonization, automation, and simplification of financial processes while ensuring consistency in cost accounting.
• Compliance & Controls: Support Cost Management in maintaining a safe accounting control environment, ensuring strict compliance with global policies and frameworks.
• Global Collaboration: Interact regularly with the Cebu Shared Service Center (SSC) and Corporate headquarters to ensure flawless closing activities.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: BA or MSc degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, or analysis within an international environment.
• Systems & Tools: Excellent systems skills, specifically SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Advanced MS Office knowledge with a proven ability to work with large datasets.
• Languages: Fluent English (both written and oral) with outstanding communication skills.
