Description and Requirements
Join us to support with Finance tasks of the Global Accounts (GA) business unit of Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) on worldwide level.
Job Description:
- Support the Lead Financial Analyst and CFO with day-to-day financial activities.
- Assist with tracking actual results against forecasts and budgets.
- Collect, organize, and validate financial data from various sources.
- Support financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Help prepare presentations and management reports.
- Assist with budget and forecast update cycles.
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes.
- Maintain and update financial datasets and reporting files.
- Collaborate with finance teams across different regions and functions.
- Contribute to process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as student of daily study format on any Slovak University (active status required)
- Strong skills in Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively
- Solid understanding of Accounting and Financial principles
- Interest in Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling, or Accounting as a future career path
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Notes)
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to completing tasks
- Independent and self-driven, yet comfortable working in a team, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced international environment

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 13,800–20,240 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
