Description
As a Finance Process Lead on the Centralized Finance Testing Team, you will ensure the quality, accuracy, and stability of Apple’s global SAP Finance ecosystem through advanced manual and automated testing practices. You will drive end-to-end quality assurance across core SAP Finance modules—including O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, and connected boundary systems. Partnering closely with finance business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and engineering teams, you will validate critical system changes, scale test automation frameworks, and safeguard operational integrity.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end manual test scenarios and schedule automated regression suites across SAP Finance modules and integrated boundary systems.
- Design, build, and maintain Worksoft Certify automated test scripts and reusable process libraries for core finance workflows, including GR/IR, payment posting, and journal entries.
- Develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver test automation scripts and frameworks using Java or Python with TestNG/JUnit for SAP Fiori and web-based finance portals.
- Integrate automated testing with test management platforms (such as Jira and ALM), maintain automation suites through system changes, and analyze execution results to report quality metrics.
- Leverage Worksoft Analyze for business process discovery and test suite optimization, driving the setup and execution of Continuous Process Testing (CPT).
- Partner closely with global Apple business units—including Retail, Online Store, Internet Services, Global Business Solutions (GBS), AppleCare, Operations, and IS&T—to validate critical test scenarios on time.
- Innovate quality engineering practices and share testing methodologies with members of the broader global team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in SAP Finance business and systems testing utilizing test management platforms such as Jira or ALM.
- 5+ years of hands-on testing and automation expertise across SAP Finance modules within SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
- 3+ years of test automation background building and managing Worksoft Certify projects, process libraries, and test result dashboards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in building Selenium WebDriver automation scripts utilizing Java or Python with TestNG or JUnit frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Track record of cross-functional partnership across technical teams and business stakeholders, with strong analytical problem-solving rooted in data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB or CSTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Testing Certification.
- SAP Certified Associate certification (such as SAP Activate Project Manager or SAP S/4HANA Finance).
- Worksoft Certify Certification.
- Hands-on testing background with SAP S/4HANA Fiori.
- Working knowledge of basic ABAP debugging for test data analysis and defect investigation.
- Practical experience with API testing utilizing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Familiarity with integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
