This role business partners with our Ireland organisation, being a key member of the Ireland

leadership team. The Ireland business is part of the UKI organisation, with it's own site in

Dublin and it's own EOU working alongside the UK selling products across the Microsoft

portfolio.

The Ireland Finance manager will be an active member of the UKI finance team and well

connected to corporate and regional Finance experts. The role will also support the AI

development in finance to become frontier finance, support large deals across UKI and the

MACC business. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on the

Ireland business across all products and will input to all the finance rhythms.


Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Business Partnership

• Drive the Ireland business through insightful and actionable analytics across the key

KPI's for the UKI business.

• Drive accountability for hitting the Ireland targets across all the products and

segments providing the insight to enable the LT to drive across the teams and track success.

• Engage across the EOU to ensure key KPI's are being tracked and understood and

finance insight is driving action required.

• Drive AI learning and usage across the finance team to transform processes working

with other key AI enthusiasts to drive the adoption and transformation to becoming frontier

finance

• Support large deals in Irealnd and as required in the UK business particularly in UK

Public Sector with large complex deals and frameworks. As well as owning the MACC billed

ROB for finance

Finance Partnership

• Work closely with the rest of the UKI finance team members to align on priorities and

provide Ireland insights into the ROb

• Understand local business blockers, leverage the WW & EMEA communities & play a

leading role to exchange learnings and best practices to drive resolution.

Finance Excellence

• Track Key metrics across the Ireland EOU including (but not limited to) Top of Funnel

pipe build, pipe velocity, conversion rates, Usage.

• Provide insight into the outlook, forecast and budget processes for Ireland and MACC, with

focus on accuracy and business accountability.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field and demonstrable experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field and demonstrable experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field 
    • OR equivalent experience. 
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with business leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field and demonstrable experience of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field and demonstrable experience of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
  • Experience in matrix-based organization.
  • Work experience in the technology or software industry.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 80,000.00 - € 136,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
