Field Sales Engineer

This critical role requires a balance of operational execution and high-level strategic leadership. Beyond closing deals, you will manage multi-billion dollar strategic customer accounts, lead long-term planning, and build C-level relationships.

Key expectations for the role:

• Range of work: Manage weekly operating rhythms (forecasting, dashboards, QBRs) and drive multi-billion-dollar strategic account plans and executive alignment.
• Cross-functional leadership: Align internal teams (product, engineering, finance, legal, supply chain) and external stakeholders across technical, procurement, and C-level roles.
• Ownership and precision: Maintain clear thinking, clean data, and the ability to convert ambiguity into action plans and executive-ready materials.
• Integrity and trust: Build long-term credibility, set clear expectations, and navigate sensitive topics professionally.

Experience/Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD 198,100.00 To USD 317,000.00

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
