Our Tesla facilities are on the front lines of our mission. The Facility Coordinator provides operational support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and to our customers.

The Facilities Coordinator successfully executes critical repairs/maintenance and inspection projects that are vital to support Tesla’s rapid growth while also ensuring stores continue to meet our evolving standards. This individual partners with various teams, as well as other Tesla departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional facility requests and keep stakeholders informed on initiatives and projects
  • Handle R&M and recurring-service issues, escalating as needed and following through to resolution, delivering against team KPIs
  • Process invoice approvals, help resolve discrepancies, and support vendor day-to-day activity
  • Conduct regular site visits, complete standards checks, and follow up on open items
  • Support vendor onboarding
  • Ensure locations are kept up to standard and remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements
  • Support smaller projects, coordinating tasks and follow-ups
  • Contribute to the regional operating rhythm (triage, planned maintenance, documentation, reporting) and surface repeat issues or cost concerns

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years Facilities Management or related experience preferred
  • Experience working with vendors against SLAs/KPIs preferred
  • Sound judgment on prioritization and when to escalate; able to work independently with guidance
  • Passion for Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy
  • Strong motivation and comfort in high-energy, fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative, hands-on style; works well with peers and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to build working relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Travel ~40% throughout Central and Eastern Europe
