Texas Instruments is actively seeking a Facilities Operations Senior Engineer
to join our team. Facilities Team is responsible for end‑to‑end workspace lifecycle management for TI’s leased offices. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the resources required to fulfil TI’s vision to provide a safe, clean, friendly environment for all staff and visitors at our leased office in rest of Asia, especially in Taiwan, Korea and South Asia while always keeping all equipment and systems fully functional. Your major responsibilities in general as below:
Office design, renovation, and move
- Participate in vendor selection
- Collaborate on office layout planning and design reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including business users, project teams, designers and vendors to deliver project on-time, with high quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage full-cycle office relocation execution, covering new office setup as well as existing site restoration and landlord handover.
- We may engage more resources to execute large-size projects.
Facility management and operations
- On-site operation management, manage 5 on site personnel non-TIers
- RoA sites budget and cost management
- Overall facility equipment management and maintenance
- Vendor management to ensure daily operation can be running smoothly and all related work can be performed with a good manner
- On-site team management and process update and control
- Ad-hoc projects implementation to improve the workspace quality
- Emergency response and other service support and cooperation
- Build a continuous improvement plan for on-site operations, verify the effectiveness, and constantly review and adjust
- proactively understanding business changes, and provide timely support
- Manage the workstations effectively
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of Facilities operation supporting leased commercial laboratory sites.
Preferred qualifications:
- Solid hands‑on experience managing office interior renovation, construction, and corporate relocation projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve complex site‑related issues, with proven track record in leading external contractors, vendors and third‑party partners.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting stakeholders’ changing needs and requirements
- Confident in communication with senior management, ability to partner and connect with people from all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, in both Chinese and English
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
