The Role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will support the Building Manager to execute the overall maintenance operations for Netflix House Las Vegas. You will ensure that third-party vendors, repair, and maintenance is proactively maintained and managed.
This on-site, hourly role reports to the Building Manager and is based in Las Vegas, NV.
What you will do:
- Support the Building Manager in all facility-related operations, including repair coordination, compliance tracking, and upkeep of all areas.
- Lead the initial administrative setup for the facilities team and transition into the primary administrative point of contact, overseeing facility software, record-keeping, and coordination.
- Coordinate scheduling and access for third-party vendors performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Conduct on-site repairs and general maintenance tasks, ensuring timely escalation of larger issues. Coordinate with the operations team to minimize Fan disruption when maintenance projects are planned.
- Respond to calls during operations to maintain a high standard of excellence and functionality for guests when open.
- Maintain the workshop space so that it is usable for a variety of functions.
- Assist with daily walkthroughs of the venue, identifying potential issues and ensuring operational readiness across front-of-house, back-of-house, and technical areas.
- Manage logs, checklists, and digital tracking systems for maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with corporate stakeholders to establish best practices in maintenance.
- Support emergency preparedness procedures, drills, and documentation in partnership with operations and security.
- Contribute to written updates and reports shared with leadership regarding facility status and ongoing initiatives.
- Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.
What we need from you:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Demonstrated 3+ years of facilities experience in a fast-paced retail, attraction, or F&B operation preferred.
- Must have or have the ability to obtain and maintain required local credentials, including an LVMPD Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Work Card, SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card), and TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness).
- Experience within a variety of facility management areas, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Good understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and/or OSHA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with digital tools for asset tracking, scheduling, and maintenance logs (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal departments and external vendors.
- Resourceful and solutions-focused with a hands-on mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, straddle stackers, and hand trucks in accordance with company safety procedures.
