This role is based at Keysight's Santa Rosa, California site, within the Manufacturing Operations team. This position works Night Shift.
Responsibilities- Work as part of a manufacturing team responsible for producing Integrated Circuits, Thin Films, or Systems in a Package (SiPs); ensure the quality and consistency of parts, since work directly affects the quality and function of finished circuits.
- Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and SiP manufacturing processes, including masking, etching, and bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, and cameras for setup and visual verification.
- Operate the complete equipment set for the assigned area, supported by the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Support New Technology Introduction (NTI) development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
- Handle delicate and sensitive materials in substrate and circuit form, using skilled hand-eye coordination.
- Work closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, supervisors, maintenance, and other operators to assure quality and meet manufacturing needs.
- Work independently under the direction of a coordinator while contributing to the team's and area's goals.
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, communicating with supervisors, engineers, trainers, and maintenance personnel.
- Ability to handle delicate, sensitive materials in substrate or circuit form with skilled hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment; strong attention to detail and adherence to strict quality standards.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to raise concerns through a standardized chain of command; strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work Night shift hours.
Preferred
- Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience highly desirable.
Pay Range:
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
USD $42,640.00 - USD $71,070.00 Year
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
