Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Module Integration Engineer (MIE) for Nanosheet/Polycrystalline Gate (NS/PC) semiconductor process. This role will be responsible for module health and FEOL integration in 2nm GAA technology nodes. Key responsibilities include driving improvements in Yield, Reliability, Performance, and competitiveness of products; mitigating production risk from NSPC module related technical issues; collaborating with cross-functional teams (FE, MFG, QR, etc.) to solve NSPC issues; and maintaining communication with leadership and headquarters teams.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own Module Integration for specific segments within the Process flow.
  • Own Systematic Defect and Device/Parametric Yield related issues for these steps by leading projects, include design of experiments and execution in a team setting, to fix them and/or improve detections. 
  • Own critical dimension targeting and variation control within the Module.
  • Own root cause investigations for excursion material.
  • Transfer Advance Tech Nodes from HQ.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • 3+ years in a FEOL related integration or unit process group with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or related field is required.
  • Advanced degrees in a related subject can be a substitute for fab experience.
  • Experience in GAA integration or related fab processes preferred.

The current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
