As an Executive Support Engineer on the Executive Support team at Meta, you will serve as the primary technical partner to Meta's senior leadership. You will own the end-to-end technology ecosystem for Meta's most senior leaders - spanning in-office operations, travel, residential infrastructure, event production, and strategic programs. This is a high-autonomy, zero-failure-tolerance role that requires deep technical expertise, program management capability, and the ability to build trusted relationships at the highest levels of the organization. You are expected to operate as a recognized domain expert across the organization, shape the team's long-term strategy, lead programs with VP-level visibility and company-wide impact, and define multi-year roadmaps with full autonomy.

Responsibilities

Own all technology operations for Meta's most senior leadership end-to-end - in-office, travel, residential, events, and off-sites Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor for executive leadership and their teams Lead complex infrastructure projects (e.g., site build-outs, network architecture, technology deployments) as PM Tech Lead across 10+ cross-functional teams Own and maintain legal hold technical compliance across all executive devices and systems in partnership with Legal Architect and operate custom technical solutions (e.g., email compliance systems, trusted sender infrastructure, retention crawlers) that meet zero-defect standards Coordinate with Product Engineering to enable executive product testing and feedback pipelines Deliver white-glove residential technology support (network, AV, devices, security) across multiple locations Lead executive travel technology - including high-security international deployments, advance logistics, and security briefings Design and execute event staffing models for executive off-sites, board meetings, and company moments Drive strategy and implementation of automation, AI-powered workflows, and tooling to scale executive support operations Build operational redundancy - document workflows, train secondary coverage, codify institutional knowledge Mentor and develop team members to expand team capability and enable parallel coverage Serve as EXE leadership redundancy (backup to Director) for operational continuity Travel up to 25% to support leadership events, off-sites, and residences globally Participate in a global on-call rotation with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 10+ years of IT/enterprise engineering experience 5+ years of direct experience supporting C-suite or equivalent executive population Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with VP-level visibility and organizational impact Expert knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, network infrastructure, security principles, and cloud/SaaS environments Experience owning technical compliance processes (e.g., legal holds, data retention, eDiscovery) Demonstrated ability to serve as an integration point across 10+ cross-functional teams simultaneously Program management expertise - ability to own timelines, vendor relationships, procurement, and multi-month delivery schedules Experience with Google Workspace administration at an enterprise level (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, security controls) Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders History of defining and executing multi-year technical roadmaps and strategies Experience assessing and mitigating security threats in high-sensitivity environments Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tooling Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents using LLMs, APIs, or automation platforms Experience with MDM platforms and zero-touch deployment at scale Expertise in video conferencing technologies and AV systems for executive environments Experience with residential/home technology infrastructure (networking, AV, smart systems) Experience with VR/AR/MR hardware, preferably Meta's product suite Experience supporting high-security travel (advance teams, restricted environments, threat assessment) Vendor management experience - scoping, procurement, and delivery oversight Track record of building operational documentation and runbooks that enable team-wide execution Crisis management experience with cross-functional escalation coordination

Compensation: $177,000/year to $242,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
