Industrial Engineering professional experienced in machining operations for steam turbine and generator components. Skilled in work measurement, time estimation, process monitoring, and troubleshooting to improve productivity and quality. Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, JIT implementation, CNC/conventional machine management, ISO 9001 compliance, tooling optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and throughput.

How You'll Make an Impact (TI-STG, India)

• Supervise various machine operations as per Industrial Engineering guidelines for machining steam turbine and Generator components.
• Perform work measurement and estimate time for new or modified operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and monitor machine operations, ensuring quality gates are met within stipulated timelines.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and JIT principles to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase throughput.
• Maintain CNC and conventional machine networks for ISO 9001 compliance and manage tool inventory for optimal performance.
• Support quality management systems to achieve departmental quality objectives.

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising CNC and conventional machine operations.
• Exposure to Siemens CNC control systems (e.g., Siemens 840D, 802D) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles, troubleshooting, and quality systems.
