Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner, providing seamless support for complex calendaring and travel coordination. You will operate in assigned areas, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every detail reflects the caliber of leadership you support. This role requires exceptional judgment, impeccable discretion, and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the other Executive Administrator's to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, providing backup support for complex calendaring, travel arrangements, and logistical coordination
- Partner in the coordination of executive-level meetings, logistics management, and on-site execution
- Independently manage special projects and high-priority initiatives of varying scope and complexity, exercising strong judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail throughout execution
- Create structure and operational clarity around evolving priorities by developing timelines, tracking deliverables, anticipating risks, and driving follow-through across teams
- Proactively manage virtual meeting technology, travel documentation, and executive catering needs both on-campus and while traveling
- Build and maintain a secure, concise database to support external communications, high-stakes initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as a leader within Apple's Admin community, helping to design and facilitate opportunities for knowledge sharing, cross-functional networking, and professional development
- Provide warm, professional support for external visitors, including executive-level escorting, registration, and meeting facilitation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling highly sensitive information, ensuring discretion across all interactions and cross-functional partnerships
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in an executive administrative capacity supporting senior leadership
- Recent experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear professionalism and executive presence
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with a track record of anticipating needs and independently resolving issues
- Willingness to work on-site 4–5 days per week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on executive business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience coordinating senior executive meetings, high-touch experiences and events
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with experience leading complex operational initiatives across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Familiarity with Apple's culture, products, and cross-functional operating model
- Demonstrated "can-do" mindset with a track record of taking ownership of new initiatives and delivering exceptional results
- Quiet confidence and the ability to operate effectively behind the scenes, taking direction gracefully while exercising strong independent judgment
- Experience managing large-scale event logistics, and executive off-sites
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $50.66 and $76.05/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
