  • Act as the direct front-line leader for event-day staff across all event functional areas, including private functions, immersive activations, ticketing services, fan experience, and theater operations.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and shift meetings to align the team on event timelines, high-profile guest needs, emergency protocols, and critical execution details.
  • Direct cross-departmental coordination (security, F&B, AV/technical, facilities, and janitorial) during live events to deliver a seamless, high-production experience.
  • Dynamically adjust event labor and floor coverage in real time to match event attendance volume, VIP requirements, and pacing.
  • Monitor guest flow, crowd dynamics, and activation engagement throughout each event, serving as the main escalation point for real-time service recovery.
  • Track and document event performance, submitting post-event execution feedback, incident logs, and key operational notes to the Events and Fan Services leadership team.
  • Enforce all event Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and contingency plans.
