部署概要

環境・安全衛生・サステナビリティ（ESHS）部門では、工場の環境及び安全衛生の管理業務全般を行っています。ESHS法令だけでなく、社内ESHS基準、ISO14001、ISO45001など様々な要求事項を満たしながら、環境に配慮した、安全で健やかな工場運営に寄与することが我々のミッションです。

職務内容

環境分野のスペシャリストとして、美浦工場のESHS関連社内のプログラムや活動の導入、実施、リーディング、各種管理などを行うことが主な業務です。工場内パトロールや所轄官庁への定期報告などに加えて、社内コンサルのような立場で安全に関する助言やサポートを他部門に対して提供します。プロセスおよびサポート機器に関連するESHリスク評価（環境影響評価、化学/ガス、電気的、機械的リスクなど）や、現場の担当者と協力して環境影響評価を実施し、必要に応じた対策をプロセスや手順の評価、規制に関するレビューを行います。また、認証機関・顧客・監督官庁等による外部監査への対応窓口として対応し、国内外の関係会社・他工場と知識、情報の共有を行い、ESH文化、環境・安全衛生管理の向上に取り組んでいただきます。

管理対象となるプログラムには、以下のものが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。
美浦工場の不動産および事業取引に関連するESH要件、オゾン層破壊物質とハイドロフルオロカーボン冷媒の使用、有害廃棄物管理、廃棄物管理施設の選定基準、大気排出管理、水管理、その他ESHSに関する内容。

Qualifications

あるとよい経験など

• ESH委員や、現在の部門内でのESH関連ワークの経験
• Audit対応の経験・スキル
• 最終学歴：理工系・学士以上
• 円滑なコミュニケーション力
• 対人スキル
• TOEIC600点以上程度の英語力がある方

外国人の方：日本語ビジネスレベル以上
