We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology consulting and digital transformation. The candidate will shape large-scale transformation initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders. The role requires the ability to connect business strategy with Cloud, Data, AI, Security, Modern Work and Enterprise Applications to deliver measurable outcomes, adoption and long-term platform value.

Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture Leadership
- Define enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Develop current-state assessments, target-state architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps across applications, data, infrastructure, AI, security and integration.
- Establish reference architectures, reusable patterns, architecture standards and decision principles.
- Lead architecture governance, design reviews and technology decision forums.
Business and Executive Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs and business executives.
- Translate business priorities into scalable technology strategies, investment choices and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, architecture assessments and value-envisioning engagements.
- Present recommendations, trade-offs, risks and business value realization plans to senior stakeholders.
AI, Data and Modernization Strategy
- Define AI-first transformation programs using generative AI, copilots, AI agents, machine learning and modern data platforms.
- Architect enterprise AI adoption frameworks, governance models, responsible AI practices, evaluation approaches and operational guardrails.
- Guide data platform modernization, data governance, analytics and AI-ready information architecture.
- Drive application modernization, cloud-native transformation, automation and API-led integration.
Cloud and Platform Architecture
- Lead cloud and hybrid-cloud strategy, platform architecture and modernization initiatives.
- Design secure, resilient and scalable architectures, with Microsoft Azure preferred and relevant experience across AWS or Google Cloud Platform valued.
- Guide migration and modernization of legacy workloads, ERP, CRM, custom applications and data estates.
- Promote platform engineering, containerization, Kubernetes, observability, reliability and cost governance practices.
Security, Risk and Governance
- Define enterprise security architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Guide identity, access, data protection, privacy, compliance and cybersecurity architecture.
- Embed security, responsible AI and regulatory requirements into architecture decisions and delivery governance.
- Identify and manage architecture risks, technical debt, dependencies and integration challenges.
Delivery and Technical Leadership
- Provide architecture leadership for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
- Partner with program managers, delivery leaders, product teams, engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Guide solution implementation from strategy and design through delivery, adoption and value realization.
- Mentor enterprise, solution and technical architects and contribute to architecture communities and thought leadership.
- Partner closely with the Program Director and PMO to align architecture decisions, delivery governance, dependencies and outcomes across complex, high-risk programs.
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across all workstreams, ensuring design integrity, feasibility, integration and accountability for the overall solution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain.

- 15+ years of experience across Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Consulting or Technology Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale transformation initiatives for large or complex organizations.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide strategic technology decisions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect architecture choices to growth, productivity, cost optimization, risk reduction and customer outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
Technical:
Enterprise Architecture: Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security and Integration Architecture; target-state architecture, capability mapping, transformation roadmaps and architecture governance.
Cloud & Platforms: Microsoft Azure preferred; hybrid and multi-cloud architecture, AWS/GCP exposure, Kubernetes, platform engineering, resilience and observability.
Data & AI: Data architecture and governance, analytics platforms, Generative AI, Copilots, AI agents/agentic architectures, machine learning platforms and Responsible AI.
Security: Zero Trust architecture, Identity and Access Management (IAM), data protection, security governance, privacy, compliance and cybersecurity architecture.
Applications & Integration: Application modernization, enterprise integration, API management, event-driven architecture, SaaS platforms, ERP and CRM ecosystems.
Delivery & Architecture Governance: Architecture Review Boards, design assurance, architecture risk management, technical debt management, dependency management and value realization.
