We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Operations Analyst, Senior to support the planning, execution, marketing, adoption, and measurement of strategic AI initiatives across the organization.
This role will work at the intersection of AI, program management, business operations, and go-to-market execution, partnering closely with engineering, product, operations, IT, Marketing, Communications, and GTM teams to move AI initiatives from concept and pilot through deployment, promotion, and broad adoption.
In addition to managing program plans, milestones, dependencies, metrics, risks, and executive reporting, the Program Analyst will play an important role in developing innovative approaches to market AI solutions and educate internal users and customers on their capabilities and business value. The individual will help create targeted campaigns, enablement programs, webinars, digital communications, and other modern engagement strategies designed to increase awareness and drive measurable adoption.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, creative, and comfortable operating across both technical and business organizations. They should be passionate about AI and able to translate emerging technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and adoption strategies that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and manage the AI program portfolio, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive execution of AI initiatives from concept, pilot, rollout, and operational scaling.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product management, operations, IT, security, legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance reviews, executive steering committees, and program status meetings.
• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies to maximize business impact.
• Lead communications, training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Establish best practices and repeatable frameworks for AI deployment.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, privacy standards, and security guidelines.
• Partner with compliance, legal, and security teams to evaluate new AI technologies and vendors and deliver contracts
• Define KPIs and success measures for AI initiatives.
• Track adoption, productivity improvements, ROI, customer impact, and operational outcomes.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to communicate program performance.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve AI programs and investments.
• Partner closely with Go-to-Market (GTM), Marketing, Communications, Product, and business teams to develop and execute strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and effective usage of AI initiatives.
• Apply modern, innovative marketing approaches to promote AI capabilities and demonstrate their value to internal users and customers.
• Develop targeted campaigns and messaging that translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling business and customer benefits.
• Identify creative ways to showcase AI use cases, success stories, productivity improvements, and customer outcomes to drive engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years leading enterprise-wide technology, digital transformation, automation, or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$43.85 - $65.75The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
