Engineering Intern (CFD, Software Eng. and Testing) - Strategic Student Program
About Siemens Digital Industries Software
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
About Us
Our Systems Division is an innovative group producing world-class simulation software for thermal and fluid analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). We are seeking talented engineering interns to join our development and quality assurance teams.
Simcenter Flomaster is a system simulation CFD software that specializes in 1D thermo-fluid system modelling to simulate fluid flow and heat transfer in complex systems. You will develop your skills in software engineering by adding new features, enhancing existing capabilities, and writing automated tests. Our software enables customers across Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, and Power & Process industries to accelerate and optimize their designs by predicting product behaviour before building physical prototypes.
About the Role
For our 13-month engineering internships, starting July 2027, we are offering 5 positions based in Milton Keynes. There are mainly two types of roles:
1. CFD/Research, Software Engineering and Testing
2. Software Engineering and Testing
