Engineer Unit Process
In this role, you will oversee Back End Scan, Pack, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) unit processes. You will focus on stabilizing production, reducing variances, and driving automation projects to support high-volume manufacturing ramps.

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Process Optimization: Analyze and characterize back-end processes to reduce variance, improve stability, and support production scaling.
- Automation & Innovation: Actively drive and participate in process automation projects to enhance efficiency.
- Quality & Risk Management: Lead investigations into process deviations, customer returns, and crisis management while developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Standards: Define and maintain critical process frameworks, including Process Flows, FMEA, OJTI, and OCAP.
- Qualification: Support the release and qualification of new processes, equipment, and second-source packaging materials.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Robotic Systems, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 0-1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableau, or Power BI), Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C/C++ or Python) for embedded systems.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail with strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities
