We value individual initiative, accountability, and continuous development. We are looking for candidates who are motivated to become increasingly autonomous, communicate effectively, and proactively contribute to solving technical challenges.

In this role, you will collaborate with a broader, multidisciplinary team that includes analog and digital designers, verification engineers, layout engineers, test engineers, and other technical professionals across different locations.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

·    Designing and simulating transistor-level analog circuits, from individual functional blocks to top-level hierarchical integration.

·    Developing an understanding of semiconductor device operation, limitations, and reliability requirements.

·    Using and developing behavioral models for chip-level simulations.

·    Supporting and reviewing analog and top-level IC layout activities.

·    Contributing to chip floorplanning and package-design activities.

·    Actively participating in technical discussions related to top level architecture and desing reviews.

·    Preparing clear and accurate technical documentation.

·    Performing laboratory evaluation, product validation, characterization, and debugging.

·    Supporting the development of production test solutions to enable successful product qualification and release.

Requirements:

·    Strong understanding of fundamental electronics principles and the ability to apply them to circuit-design challenges.

·    Familiarity with analog circuit operation and a basic understanding of digital design concepts.

·    University-level experience in the design and simulation of basic analog circuit blocks is preferred.

·    Ability to collaborate effectively with analog, digital, verification, layout, test, and other engineering teams involved in the product-development process.

·    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·    Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and actively contribute to team activities.

·    Good organizational skills and the ability to work toward project milestones and deadlines.

·    Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional growth.

·    Demonstrates a strong inclination toward innovation and knowledge sharing, with a willingness to present technical results and contribute to internal conferences and technical forums.

Minimum Qualifications:
