ENGINEER 1

Develop, implement, and optimize punching, bending, and electrostatic painting manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and meeting

customer requirements. They will be responsible for process documentation, tool management, continuous improvement, and providing technical support to

production.

• Provide technical support to the production and quality areas.   
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System procedures.   
• Define and monitor performance indicators for the processes.   
• Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize cycle times, quality, and operational efficiency.   
• Manage engineering changes and ensure correct implementation on the production floor.   
• Manage the Tool Room, ensuring proper control, maintenance, and availability of punches, dies, and tools.   
• Lead and follow up on 6S activities in the assigned areas.   
• Work closely with the EHS department to implement process improvements.

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for stations of:

• Sheet metal punching. 
• Sheet metal bending. 
• Electrostatic paint (it's a plus). 

Generate, update, and control process documentation:

• Operation sheets. 
• Work instructions. 
• Visual aids. 
• Process standards.
