  • Provide daily support of contract manufacturing assembly and/or ion implanter system builds
  • Design, develop, and implement production tooling, fixtures, and assembly aids to improve product quality, manufacturability, ergonomics, and operational efficiency
  • Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and assembly documentation for modules, subassemblies, and final product builds
  • Initiate and drive corrections to Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with form, fit, and function requirements while preserving design intent
  • Improve manufacturing cell performance through the application of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies; establish and document standardized work using visual work instructions and best practices
