Enablement Manager, Revenue Operations

The Revenue Enablement Manager is the architect of our enablement discipline within One Medical for Business (OM4B), responsible for building a formal function from scratch and shaping how our enterprise Sales and Client Services teams learn, sell, and grow. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners with the Head of Revenue Operations to translate commercial priorities into programs that make the field measurably better.
We need a builder and systems thinker who takes ownership across Platform & Content Architecture, Onboarding & Ramp, Product Launch Enablement, and Sales Methodology. You'll help design the enablement operating model from the ground up, with direct influence over how knowledge flows through the commercial org.
We're an operations team that thinks strategically. You'll bring a point of view on what the field needs, challenge assumptions, and contribute to roadmap decisions, not just execute against them.
You'll work across Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and Product to build scalable, measurable programs. You've done this before. You're comfortable owning the strategic thinking and the hands-on execution required to build something new, and you use data to decide what's working and what to cut.
If you want to help define what world-class enablement looks like for a commercial health services organization and then build the infrastructure to deliver it at scale, this is the role.

Key job responsibilities
Examples of the work you'll own and shape:
Enablement Strategy & Roadmap. Co-own the enablement roadmap with the Head of Revenue Operations. Define quarterly priorities, identify gaps from field performance data, and make tradeoff decisions about where to invest. You bring the recommendations, present the business case, track what's delivering results, and sunset what isn't. You shape the plan and then you build it.
Enablement Platform, Content Architecture & Onboarding. Own the LMS with a focus on information architecture, governance, and content standards that scale with the org. Build adoption strategy and usage analytics that inform every platform decision. Onboarding lives here too. You own the new hire enablement experience for Sales and Client Services from day one through first deal close, including structured learning paths, assessments, and certifications tied to time-to-productivity targets.
Product Launch Enablement. Partner with Deal Desk, Product, and Marketing to build field-ready training, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks before launch day. Own the Product Launch Handbook, define "launch-ready" certification standards, and run post-launch feedback loops.
Sales Methodology & Coaching Frameworks. Drive methodology selection, rollout, and reinforcement across Sales and Client Services. Build coaching toolkits for managers that reinforce methodology. Track engagement, content effectiveness, and ramp velocity to inform what stays and what gets cut.
