About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As Salesforce continues to expand its operational footprint globally, we need a strong product and program leader to drive the technology and process work that lets us stand up and support employees in new countries and regions. This role sits at the intersection of geo-expansion initiatives and the broader HR technology stack (Workday and adjacent systems), ensuring that as the business enters new markets, our people systems and processes scale with it. In addition to Geo Expansion product responsibilities, this role will also support the product team for Total Rewards and HR Operations, partnering closely with those Centers of Excellence (COEs) on their technology and process needs.

This is a highly cross-functional role — you'll partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Global Mobility, and regional business teams to translate expansion requirements into scoped, deliverable technology and process solutions. While geo-expansion will be a primary focus, you may also flex into other HR/IT product and program initiatives — including Total Rewards and HR Operations — as priorities shift.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end product and program management for geo-expansion initiatives — from intake and requirements gathering through delivery and post-launch support.
  • Partner with Workday and other HR technology teams to configure, extend, or integrate systems needed to support employees in new countries (payroll, benefits, compliance, local policy configuration, etc.).
  • Translate business and legal/compliance requirements for new country entities into clear product requirements and program plans.
  • Build and manage cross-functional program plans, timelines, and RAID logs spanning multiple teams inside and outside HR/IT.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between HR/IT and external stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Global Mobility, regional HR/business leads) on expansion-related work.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps early, and drive mitigation plans across stakeholder groups.
  • Define success metrics and reporting to track expansion program health and technology adoption.
  • Continuously improve the playbook/framework for launching new countries, so each expansion becomes faster and more repeatable.
  • Support the product team for Total Rewards and HR Operations, bringing product/program rigor to their initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Support other HR/IT product or program initiatives as capacity allows and priorities evolve.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong product management fundamentals: requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong program management fundamentals: planning, cross-team coordination, risk management, and executive-ready status reporting.
  • Strong hands-on Workday experience (e.g., HCM, Core Compensation, Benefits, or related modules), with comfort learning and navigating the broader HR tech ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across a wide and varied stakeholder group, including senior stakeholders inside and outside of HR/IT.
  • Experience with global/international programs — geo-expansion, market entry, or multi-country HR operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting Total Rewards and/or HR Operations COEs — in a Product, IT, or HR practitioner capacity — is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable plans.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-starter who can drive work independently without a team of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, program management, HRIS/HR technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable core HR technology platform.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working within highly complex, large global organizations, navigating multi-region, multi-stakeholder environments at scale.
  • Experience operating independently as an individual contributor (non-people-manager) at a Sr. Manager level or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS/HCM implementations or system integrations at scale.
  • Background in compliance-driven or regulated program delivery (e.g., employment law, tax, immigration considerations tied to expansion).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce's internal HR/IT tools and processes.
  • Prior experience in or supporting Total Rewards or HR Operations functions specifically.
