The Employee Relations Specialist is dedicated to creating a positive and harmonious workplace by effectively addressing employee concerns and conducting fair, professional grievance investigations. This role involves close collaboration with HRBPs and line managers to resolve conflicts, drive disciplinary processes, and stay updated on labor-related regulatory changes to provide practical and impactful solutions. Through precise data analysis and expert training initiatives, the specialist empowers line managers to enhance their employee relations management skills. This position offers a valuable opportunity for professionals to gain hands-on experience in labor case handling, HR regulations, and frontline management practices, all within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Respond to internal & external employee voices and conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations toward employee grievances.

2. Advise and co-work with HRBP and line managers on employee related issues to resolve the conflicts and support the disciplinary processes.

3. Monitor the labor related regulatory changes and provide advice and help to solve/improve the workplace concerns.

4. Provide data analysis of employee voices to support the training and education to improve employee relations acumen and skills across line managers.

5. Collaborate with HRBPs on complex labor cases to continuously improve front-line people management and expand internal ER capabilities.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications & Competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or other related domains.

2. 3+ years of working experience in HR, including experiences in HRBP or employee relations is preferred.

3. Solid interpersonal and engagement skills with sensitivity to people. Fluency in English is a plus.

4. Proactive, data-driven, and possesses approach mindset.

5. Strong ability to comprehend, interpret, collaborate across teams and with understanding of negation skills.

Other Attributes & Requirements:

1. High level of integrity, confidentiality, strong responsibility, teamwork spirit.

2. Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus.

3. Good time managements skills and strong attention to detail.
