Description

As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our workforce and safeguarding Apple's culture. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, employees, and corporate partners, navigating complex workplace issues with empathy, integrity, and a deep understanding of our policies. In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will champion a positive and inclusive workplace while mitigating risk and ensuring fair, consistent practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyse and implement resolutions to complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Guide, lead and manage cases regarding critical workplace culture topics.
  • Evaluate and review employee-related decisions in response to employee concerns.
  • Provide support to Leadership, Employees, People and Corporate Partners with understanding Apple Policies and the legal framework.
  • Coach leaders through ER situations, continuously improving their skills, including through the delivery of training programmes.
  • Support labour relations priorities through partnership with key internal and external partners.
  • Use metrics with clients to highlight trends and develop strategies to cultivate positive employee relations in the business and mitigate risk.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR or Employee Relations business partnering capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and applying employment legal frameworks.
  • Proficient in balancing multiple priorities, partners and complex work streams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Employee and Labour Relations priorities within a complex, matrixed global business.
  • Strong leadership presence with a demonstrated ability to confidently guide and influence others.
  • Creative problem-solver dedicated to resolving challenging people issues in partnership with Managers and People Team colleagues.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including effective listening, writing and presentation abilities.
  • Dedicated to building positive, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
