EMEA Site Merchandiser, Surface
The Global eCommerce and Web team at Microsoft owns the online store experience across Windows, Microsoft 365, Surface, Copilot and Xbox. We put the consumer at the center, helping them discover, learn and buy through Microsoft's direct online channel in more than 120 countries around the world. We are looking for an eCommerce Site Merchandiser for Surface to join our Global eCommerce and Web team supporting the EMEA region.
In this role you will own the Surface online shopping experience for the EMEA Microsoft Store, creating and executing merchandising strategies that drive Surface and accessories revenue. You will manage the Surface category pages and buy flows, ensuring every customer can easily discover, compare, configure and buy the right device. You will use personalization and experimentation tactics, together with data, analytics and customer insights, to improve the Surface customer journey and increase conversion, and you will be accountable end to end for Surface onsite merchandising in EMEA.
You will work closely with a range of teams, including the Surface Category and Product Marketing teams, EMEA Site Merchandising, Regional Digital Sales, Integrated Marketing, Store Studio and Production Operations, to deliver a cohesive, effective customer experience that supports Surface business priorities and targets.
You will also drive SEO planning and implementation for Surface pages in EMEA, in close collaboration with the global SEO team and the EMEA SEO virtual team, executing changes alongside the EMEA Site Merchandising Lead, fellow category site merchandisers and the outsourced site merchandising team. In addition, you will lead EMEA site merchandising for Surface product launches, refreshes and lifecycle moments, driving the testing plan from an EMEA market perspective in line with global strategy and in close collaboration with global partners.
We are looking for an action-oriented, out-of-the-box thinker who is comfortable using data, turning it into actionable insights and identifying optimization opportunities. The successful Site Merchandiser will combine a detail-oriented approach with a genuine interest in what drives customers to buy premium devices, and a bias for action.
