Description and Requirements
Join Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG), a fast-growing business focused on delivering innovative services, solutions, and support experiences that help customers maximize the value of their technology investments. As part of the Services Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting Lenovo's warranty and service portfolio, working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to provide tailored service solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will report directly to the Services Operations Senior Manager and collaborate with teams across sales, service delivery, operations, and registration functions to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
What You Will Do:
- Create customized warranty service solutions by generating unique part numbers tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and business partners by recommending the most suitable Lenovo warranty and service offerings based on their needs.
- Prepare customized warranty upgrade proposals by analyzing customer serial numbers or IDs, creating reports, and providing service options with pricing information.
- Track and manage the lifecycle of warranty-related orders, including monitoring custom part numbers and verifying completed sales.
- Proactively identify customer trends and needs to recommend relevant service enhancements and future upgrade opportunities.
- Provide guidance on the availability of Lenovo warranty and service offerings across different countries and regions worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure customers receive the most effective service solutions and support.
- Work cross-functionally with registration, operations, and service teams by sharing information on new service offerings, providing approvals, and supporting the successful processing of purchased warranties.
What You Will Need:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing environment, ideally within an IT, technology, or corporate organization.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including working with data, reports, and day-to-day business analysis.
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is considered an advantage and would support data analysis and reporting activities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues to achieve shared business goals.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent service and support.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 22,700–33,220 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
