Description and Requirements
Lenovo’s SSG (Solutions & Services Group) is looking for a detail-oriented EMEA Parts Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end supply chain operations across the region. You will ensure parts availability, optimize inventory, and collaborate with logistics partners to drive smooth operations and continuous improvement.

This role reports to the Parts Planning Senior Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Manage spare parts planning and replenishment to Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) to ensure availability
- Control excess and obsolete inventory while supporting overall stock optimization
- Coordinate stock rebalancing to maintain optimal inventory distribution across the network
- Monitor key KPIs (inbound TAT, parts availability, defective return TAT, inventory accuracy) and drive improvement actions
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track partner performance and supply chain efficiency
- Support improvement initiatives through basic PMO activities and operational enhancements
- Manage partners by resolving inventory discrepancies, tracking shipments, addressing system issues, and joining business reviews
- Handle daily operations including backorders, partner requests, transit and past due tracking, and defective returns to improve turnaround times
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, logical approach
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, with confidence working with large data sets
Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Curious and open-minded, with a proactive approach to learning new processes
Well-organized, with the ability to manage priorities independently and effectively
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a strong advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing operational tasks with continuous improvement initiatives

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33220 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
