Description and Requirements
Are you passionate about connecting strategy with execution and helping sales teams unlock growth opportunities? As the EMEA Business Manager for Global Accounts, you will act as a key bridge between the Global Accounts sales organization and Lenovo’s Services business. You will help translate portfolio strategy, growth programs, and worldwide initiatives into measurable business outcomes across Europe and META. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with account leaders, sales teams, portfolio specialists, and business stakeholders to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen program adoption, and drive operational excellence. The role supports Global Accounts across Europe and META and requires a strong understanding of global customer dynamics and sales motions.
What you'll do:
- Lead stakeholder engagement across Global Accounts, sales, portfolio, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Drive business management rhythms including account reviews, pipeline reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Partner with Global Account sales leaders, Client Managers, Solutions & Services Executives (SSEs), and portfolio specialists to identify, qualify, and progress growth opportunities.
- Support strategic account planning through stakeholder mapping, competitive insights, opportunity prioritization, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate and execute key Services growth programs including Titan, Land & Expand / TruScale, Winning in Transition, GAP, Rising Cost Campaign, Premier, LCR, and ARS.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, ideation workshops, and value discussions with priority customers, ensuring clear ownership and next steps.
- Build and maintain reporting that links pipeline development, revenue performance, program participation, portfolio penetration, and execution actions.
What you'll need:
- Experience working with enterprise, strategic, or global account sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer sales motions, business development, account management, or sales enablement environments.
- Experience driving pipeline development, opportunity management, business planning, or sales programs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
- Experience creating executive-level reporting, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex programs and portfolio offerings to diverse audiences.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32900–48180 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
