We welcome experienced team leads as well as senior developers ready to take their first formal leadership role.
What you’ll do

- Work with hardware, testing, project management, and production teams to turn requirements into reliable products.
- Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, and clear documentation.
- Set expectations, give regular feedback, and support your team’s development and career growth.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and risks with project leads and international stakeholders.
- Improve engineering standards, share reusable solutions, and contribute to the firmware department’s technical direction.
- Explore AI-assisted tools and practical improvements that can raise the team’s productivity or quality.
