We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Engagement Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our email marketing on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will work cross-functionally to develop and execute campaigns, build automated workflows, and deliver measurable results that drive leads, engagement, and conversions. This role is critical to supporting both our national media initiatives and our Franchise network.
Introduction to the Team
In This Role You Will:
- Operate on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to deliver operational excellence across Email Marketing, Landing Pages, and SMS communications.
- Execute Email Marketing campaigns to drive conversions and support key business initiatives, including transactional sends and targeted promotional campaigns.
- Execute segmentation to drive business opportunities and delivering personalize offers for customers.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of automated data workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping to improve marketing operational efficiency.
- Report on email marketing performance metrics to surface actionable insights and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Ensure automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud are maintained, optimized, and running reliably to support the business
- Successfully execute email marketing campaigns — including journeys, triggered emails, and day-to-day campaigns — for both national media and our Franchise network
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to generate insights and actionable learnings
- Drive and improve key email marketing metrics including leads, RSVPs, and engagement rates
- Support the email team in responding to Franchisee and Consultant inquiries related to the email and SMS channel
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPage, MobileConnect)
- Knowledge of HTML, Ampscript and SQL
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization
- Familiarity with data management concepts such as consent frameworks, audience segmentation, and data hygiene
- Experience building and analyzing A/B tests with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
