What You Will Accomplish

Run diagnostic software on electronic devices to evaluate their functions, including battery health, carrier status and other checks
Perform inspections to confirm the item's description and condition are consistent
Report counterfeit items with succinct and specific findings
Assess multiple electronic devices in parallel
Work comfortably in a fast-paced facility environment
Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily
Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles
Be willing to work in a warehouse environment
Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed

What You Will Bring

Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, electronics inspection, refurbishment or repair, or a related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and address concerns
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously
Capacity to work on your feet for several hours
Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets and Slack
Must be 18 years of age or over
