Description and Requirements

Develop and execute electrical validation plans for server, workstation, and enterprise computing platforms.
Perform compliance testing and certification validation for industry-standard interfaces, including PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, SAS/SATA, and other high-speed signal related validation.
Conduct electrical margin validation, characterization, and stress testing to evaluate design robustness and product reliability.
Analyze eye diagrams, jitter, signal quality, timing, and power integrity measurements using advanced laboratory instruments.
Debug and identify root causes of electrical failures, performance issues, and compliance test violations.
Collaborate with Signal Integrity (SI), Hardware Design, BIOS/BMC/FW, platform development teams to drive issue resolution and design optimization.
Support platform bring-up, design verification, qualification testing, and production readiness activities.
Develop and improve test methodologies, automation tools, and validation processes to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
Generate technical reports, summarize validation results, and provide clear recommendations to project stakeholders and management.
Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to ensure electrical requirements and product quality objectives are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the validation lab and engineering processes.
